1. What is virtual landscape design?
Virtual landscape design is a fully remote process where we collaborate with you online to create a custom plan for your outdoor space. You’ll receive professional designs, guidance, and layouts that you can implement yourself or with a local contractor.
2. What do I receive with my design package?
Each design package includes a personalized concept plan, planting layout, material suggestions, and design notes. Depending on the service level, you may also receive 3D renderings, installation guidance, and revision rounds.
3. How do I get started?
Just head to our Contact Page or Design Services to choose your package. Once you book, we’ll send you a design questionnaire and request photos, measurements, and any inspiration you have.
4. Do you visit the property in person?
No — our design process is 100% online. We rely on client-provided photos, measurements, and site details to develop your design. This allows us to work with clients anywhere.
5. How long does the design process take?
Most projects are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your space and how quickly we receive your information.
6. Can I request changes after receiving my design?
Yes — all packages include at least one revision round to fine-tune your plan. Additional revisions can be added for a fee.
7. Do you offer installation?
We do not provide physical installation. However, your design will be DIY-friendly and can be shared with local landscapers for implementation.
8. What is your refund policy?
Due to the customized nature of our design services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. However, we're committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to make sure the final result aligns with your goals.
9. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available and make a great gift for new homeowners, garden lovers, or anyone planning an outdoor upgrade.
